- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
- Explain services, pricing and process clearly to customers.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of GST, Taxation & Trademark will be an advantage.
- Sales experience in B2B/B2C or business services is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
