Key Responsibilities

- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Drive renewals, service upgrades, and overall client retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell broking products, subscriptions, and advisory services.
- Educate clients on platform tools and recent features to enhance active usage.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue, retention, and upsell targets.
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, impactful client experience.
- Proactively engage with mapped clients to understand needs and suggest solutions.
- Generate referrals through strong client rapport and service quality.

Skills & Requirements

- Prior experience in the stock market; derivatives knowledge preferred.
- Experience in sales or relationship management roles of 2+ years
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to influence and drive conversions.
