Highest Priority :

- Advanced SQL (including Window Functions, Subqueries, CTEs)

- Python (including libraries like NumPy, Pandas)

- Basic knowledge of Machine Learning(Supervised and Unsupervised)

What You Will Do

- Mine business and financial data to uncover insights that matter going beyond surface-level numbers to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities that directly inform strategic decisions.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring insights are understood and acted upon not just acknowledged.
- Partner with teams across finance, operations, product, and marketing to define the right metrics, understand their goals, and deliver analyses that address real business priorities.
- Own the preparation of monthly financial and business performance reports for leadership and investors with a robust emphasis on accuracy, consistency, and contextual storytelling.
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and reconciliation across systems including CRM, finance, and operations, so that every insight shared is one stakeholders can trust.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give teams live visibility into KPIs aligned with business goals making data accessible to the people who need it most.




- Spearhead automated reporting initiatives identifying repetitive manual tasks and transforming them into scheduled, reliable, automated pipelines that save time and eliminate errors
- Design and implement automated data workflows and scheduled reports that deliver consistent, accurate insights to stakeholders without manual intervention freeing up the team to focus on higher-value analysis.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration bringing together diverse teams around shared data, aligned objectives, and a common language for measuring success.
- Continuously evaluate and improve analytical processes, identifying gaps and proposing solutions that make the entire organisation smarter and more data-driven.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a closely related field.

- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration you have worked alongside business, finance, product, or operations teams and know how to align diverse stakeholders around data.
- A strong ability to connect insights to business objectives you don't just present data, you explain what it means, why it matters, and what should happen next.
- Advanced SQL proficiency including Window Functions (RANK, ROW_NUMBER, LAG/LEAD), Common Table Expressions (CTEs), complex joins, subqueries, and query optimisation.
- Solid Python skills for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting automated reporting workflows.

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, financial formulas, and data modelling.

- Hands-on experience with BI and visualisation tools such as Metabase or Looker Studio — including configuring automated and scheduled reports.
- Exposure to automated reporting pipelines and schedulers, with an eagerness to build and scale them further.
- A working understanding of financial concepts — revenue, margins, reconciliation — and comfort handling large, complex datasets.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts (Regression, Tree-based models, Boosting) is a plus; exposure to AI tools, LangChain, or LLMs is a bonus.
