Role & responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing, Payroll Investment, Payroll & Compliances Reports.
- Should have hand in experience of payroll processing
- Aware about statutory compliances pertains to PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Statutory Laws.
Preferred candidate profile :
- Good understanding of payroll compliance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication
- Graduate Fresher with good understanding of Statutory compliance OR 12 years of experience in statutory compliance
- Experience in handling EPF, ESIC, PT, and LWF compliance
- Track labor licenses, registrations, and statutory deposits
