IMGC Sales Manager Roles & Responsibilities

- Achieve regional sales and business targets for IMGC's Mortgage Guarantee products.
- Build and maintain relationships with Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), NBFCs, and other lending partners.
- Promote IMGC's mortgage guarantee solutions and increase product adoption among lender partners.
- Conduct product training and awareness sessions for bank and HFC sales teams.
- Coordinate with partner sales teams to identify business opportunities and drive mortgage guarantee business.
- Provide sales support and resolve product-related queries from partner institutions.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Credit, and other internal teams to achieve business goals.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, branch activations, and promotional activities to increase product visibility.
- Monitor business performance, analyze sales trends,



and implement strategies to improve revenue.
- Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction through timely support.
- Build a strong pipeline by acquiring recent banking and HFC partners while strengthening existing relationships.
- Travel extensively across the assigned region to meet partner branches, conduct training, and generate business.
- Prepare business reports, sales forecasts, and MIS for management review.
- Stay updated on the Home Loan, Mortgage, and Housing Finance industry, competitor activities, and market trends.

Ideal Candidate

- 4–5 years of experience in Home Loans, Mortgage, Housing Finance, Banking Sales, or Insurance Channel Sales.
- Experience in partner/channel management and B2B sales.
