National Health Authority (NHA) is the apex body responsible for implementing Indias flagship public health insurance/assurance scheme called Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana & has been entrusted with the role of designing strategy, building technological infrastructure and

implementation of National Digital Health Mission to create a National Digital Health Eco-system. National Health Authority is the successor of the National Health Agency, which was functioning as a registered society since 23rd May, 2018.NHA is governed by a Governing Board chaired by the Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare.

Role & responsibilities

. Provide domain specific technical support to SHAs as and when required

.



State/Regional level/Specialty specific workshops on orientation and migration to HBP 2.0

. Review and revision of state specific procedures to be added to HBP 2.0 to facilitate migration of states to HBP 2.0

. Troubleshooting for states with regards to Health Benefit Packages for both version 1.0 and 2.0

. Liaison and coordinate with NHA IT team on configuration of TMS in lies with the state specific requirements

Preferred candidate profile

Medical graduate + MBA /MHA/PGHHM or MPH,M.sc, Masters in health policy, Health financing, Health economics or equivalent with minimum 8 years of work experience
