ROLE SUMMARY

Design, develop and integrate ServiceNow Security Operations Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) — including security-tool integrations and remediation automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build and enhance SecOps applications; configure SIR and VR modules.
- Design security incident lifecycles — triage, investigation, containment, eradication and closure.
- Configure vulnerability ingestion, enrichment, correlation, risk scoring and remediation.
- Implement Security Playbooks and automation via Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Integrate with Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Defender, Splunk, QRadar and threat-intel platforms.
- Manage MID Server architecture and REST/SOAP integrations; support SIT/UAT and production.




- Lead solution design workshops, architecture/design reviews and code reviews.
- Mentor developers, enforce ServiceNow best practices and development standards.
- Engage stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
