Required Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
610 years of software development experience in Java Full Stack technologies.
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and SOLID principles.
Experience in Microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Solid knowledge of SQL and database optimization.
Experience with Git-based version control systems.
Exposure to containerization and cloud-native application development.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with event-driven architecture.
Knowledge of OAuth2, JWT, and SSO authentication mechanisms.
Experience with Redis or other caching technologies.
Exposure to Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Experience working in Banking, Telecom, Retail, Healthcare,



or Financial Services domains.
Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
Adaptability in fast-paced Agile environments.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Nice to Have:
Certifications in AWS, Azure, Java, or Kubernetes.
Experience with GraphQL.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.
Knowledge of performance tuning and application security.
