We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of a premium aesthetic clinic specializing in Hair, Skin & Slimming treatments.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for sales, revenue growth, team management, customer experience, operational efficiency, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Drive monthly revenue and sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
- Handle consultations and support the team in converting leads into treatment packages.
- Monitor sales performance of counsellors, therapists, and other team members.
- Generate repeat business through follow-ups, renewals, referrals, and upselling.
- Ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to completion of treatment.
