Role: Trainee Sales

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic sales trainee - fresher -to support our sales team in day-to-day activities, customer coordination, product promotion, and sales documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the sales team in day-to-day sales activities and coordination.

- Maintain and organize product brochures, catalogues, and sales materials in the proper order and designated locations.

- Ensure brochures and product documents are properly aligned, arranged, and readily available for the sales team.

- Support the team in preparing quotations, product details, and basic sales documentation.

- Coordinate with customers and respond to basic product-related queries.

- Assist in following up with prospective customers and leads.

- Support sales executives during customer visits, enquiries, and product demonstrations.





- Maintain basic records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.

- Coordinate with internal departments for order-related information and customer requirements.

- Learn the company's products, pricing, sales process, and customer-handling techniques.

- Perform other routine sales and administrative activities assigned by the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile:

- Experience: Fresher / 0–1 year

- Qualification: Any Graduate

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Willingness to learn and develop a career in sales.

- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Candidates who can work effectively in a team are preferred.
