We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 6-9 years of experience in Temenos T24 (Transact) Retail Banking and solid exposure to Arrangement Architecture (AA).-The role involves requirements gathering, solution design, and supporting automation initiatives in core banking systems.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements for T24 AA modules (Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, FT, Customer).
- Prepare BRDs, FSDs, and support solution design with functional teams.
- Perform gap analysis and define business process improvements.
- Support SIT/UAT testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process automation and optimization.-

Mandatory Skills:-

Temenos T24, Arrangement Architecture (AA), Retail Banking, Business Analysis, BRD/FSD, Requirements Gathering, User Stories, Agile
