Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions. This role will focus on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph to build intelligent, autonomous agents, working with advanced models like GPT-4/5and deploying on cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Agentic AI systems utilizing LLMs, RAG, and multi-agent architectures.
- Architect and develop robust solutions using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph for complex AI workflows.
- Integrate and fine-tune advanced Large Language Models, including GPT-4/5, for specific enterprise use cases.
- Develop and deploy high-performance APIs and microservices using FastAPI for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI projects.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices in AI development, MLOps, and software engineering.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and research findings to enhance existing systems and build new capabilities.
- Ensure the scalability, reliability,



and security of deployed AI applications on cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)

Requirements

- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Agentic AI systems and multi-agent frameworks.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning, prompting, and application development (e.g., GPT-4/5).
- Robust proficiency with LangChain and LangGraph for building complex LLM applications and agentic workflows.
- Experience with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques and vector databases.
- Proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Demonstrable experience with FastAPI for building high-performance RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for deploying and managing AI services.
- • Familiarity with MLOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
- • Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to drive technical initiatives.
