Role Overview
We are looking for a Power BI / Microsoft Fabric Architect with strong hands-on architecture and team leadership experience in the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences domain.
Mandatory Skills
- Strong Power BI architecture, DAX, data modeling, RLS and performance optimization
- Hands-on Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse and Data Lake architecture
- Experience with Apache Iceberg / Iceberg tables
- Strong Azure data and cloud architecture experience
- Experience with Power Apps and Power Platform integration
- Experience with Azure AI Foundry / Foundry Agents, AI/agentic and conversational BI solutions
- Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture,
governance and security
- Experience leading/mentoring Power BI and data engineering teams
- Robust stakeholder management and technical decision-making skills
Domain
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences experience is mandatory/preferred
- Exposure to Commercial, Sales, Medical, Clinical or other Pharma analytics is an advantage.
Preferred
Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Data Factory, SQL, Python, Azure DevOps, CI/CD and BI modernization/migration experience.
Key Focus: Power BI + Fabric + OneLake + Iceberg + Azure + Power Apps + AI Foundry + Enterprise BI Architecture + Technical Leadership.
