Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement Technical Support - Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, providing guidance on PCB application best practices and ensuring successful implementation.
- Product Demonstration Validation - Showcase product capabilities and performance at customer sites and internal facilities, demonstrating technical advantages over competing solutions.




- Feedback Integration - Capture and analyze customer feedback to influence product development and continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with engineering, marketing, and software teams to align product features with customer requirements and emerging market trends.
- Application Development Leadership - Lead initiatives to develop new use cases, optimize workflows, and enhance customer experience through cutting-edge application strategies.
- Project Tracking Reporting - Monitor critical projects in real time, providing timely updates and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Next-Generation Solutions - Contribute to the development and characterization of advanced PCB technologies and ICS, ensuring readiness for future market demands.

Minimum Qualifications

- Masters Level Degree and 0 years related work experience; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 2 years
