1. 18+ years overall experience
2. Senior Enterprise IT / Group IT / IT Head / CIO-1 level experience.
3. Experience managing enterprise-scale IT across multiple entities/subsidiaries.
4. Solid ITSM/ITAM/ITOM ownershipnot just technical support.
5. Experience with ServiceNow governance and IT service management.
6. Exposure to Oracle Fusion / Oracle enterprise applications.
7. Strong Microsoft enterprise ecosystem experience.
8. Proven vendor/MSP governance and commercial management.
9. Experience building or transforming an IT operating model.
10. Strong executive-level stakeholder management.
11. Experience in EPC / Construction / Manufacturing / Infrastructure / Energy is highly preferred.
12. Chennai/onsite availability.

Important: For this role, I would not shortlist someone simply because they have 18+ years and ServiceNow/Oracle experience. The strongest candidates should have actually owned the enterprise/group IT function and operating model, preferably across subsidiaries in EPC, construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, or energy.
