Visitor Management: Greet clients, architects, and designers with a warm, skilled demeanor and

guide them to the appropriate sales or design experts.

Front Desk Operations: Answer incoming calls efficiently, handle general inquiries, and maintain an

immaculate, welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.

Customer Engagement: Provide an elegant initial introduction to our premium home interior design

solutions and catalog offerings to walk-in guests.

Team Coordination: Partner with showroom consultants, designers, and backend execution teams to

track client footsteps accurately in the CRM log.

Administrative Support: Manage inward/outward dispatches and couriers, update visitor registers daily,

and handle basic showroom admin assignments.
