Design Engineer

Experience: 3 to 6 years

- Perform steel connection design and engineering activities for US-based projects in compliance with AISC, ASCE and Project specifications.
- Prepare and review connection design calculations for shear, moment, brace, and truss connections.
- Collaborate with detailing teams to resolve connection-related queries.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of assigned engineering deliverables.

Senior Design Engineer

Experience: 8+ years

- Lead and independently execute steel connection design and engineering activities for US-based projects in compliance with AISC, ASCE and Project specifications.
- Review and verify design calculations and engineering deliverables for technical accuracy and compliance.




- Provide technical guidance to Design Engineers to ensure proper interpretation of design requirements.
- Resolve complex technical issues, RFIs, design discrepancies, and constructability challenges in coordination with project teams and clients.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards, process improvements, and knowledge development.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Detailers and Checkers for smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualifications: B.E. Civil/ Mech, M.E. structures

Software Requirements:

Mathcad, Autocad, RISA, Idea statica, Staad pro.
