Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the product lifecycle from conception to launch.
- Define and manage the product roadmap, backlog, and quarterly release planning.
- Gather and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Agile development teams, UX teams, and business stakeholders.
- Drive product strategy, feature enhancements, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Monitor product performance and continuously improve based on customer feedback.
- Act as the Product SME with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills:

- Robust experience in Product Management / Product Ownership and Business Analysis.
- Expertise in Capital Markets, Financial Services, or Wealth Management.
- Experience in Financial Planning is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, product roadmap planning, and backlog management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
