Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer to lead the design, development, integration, and optimization of ServiceNow ITOM solutions. The role requires robust expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, and ServiceNow integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable ServiceNow ITOM solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Provide advanced expertise in CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration.
- Develop complex Discovery patterns, probes, sensors, scripts, workflows, and Integration Hub solutions.
- Lead integrations with tools such as Splunk, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure, and other infrastructure/monitoring platforms using REST/SOAP and other integration methods.
- Ensure CMDB data quality, normalization, reconciliation, and overall health.
- Troubleshoot complex ITOM issues and optimize platform performance.




- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to ServiceNow architecture, governance, and road map initiatives.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development standards.

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide scripting, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs.
- Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM.
- Good understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP, networking, TCP/IP, DNS, and container technologies.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Mandatory Certifications:

- ServiceNow CIS-ITOM / CIS-Discovery / CIS-Event Management
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
