KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Configure and maintain HRSD HR Case Management, Employee Center/Employee Service Center and HR Catalogs.
- Implement Lifecycle Events (onboarding, offboarding, transfers) and HR workflows.
- Develop automations using Flow Designer and ServiceNow scripting.
- Configure notifications, approvals, SLAs, business rules, ACLs and roles/security.
- Build integrations with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors and Oracle HCM via REST/SOAP.
- Perform unit testing, defect fixing, documentation and production support.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- ServiceNow HRSD, HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events.
- Flow Designer, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, Service Portal.
- JavaScript/Glide, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes.
- REST/SOAP API integrations and IntegrationHub.
- HR workflow and employee lifecycle process knowledge.
