Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead Workday implementation projects from planning to go-live, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and develop technical specifications for Workday modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration, Compensation Management, Recruiting & Onboarding.
- Provide expert guidance on Workday configuration best practices and troubleshoot issues related to data migration, workflows, reports & dashboards.
- Develop solid relationships with stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.

Job Requirements :





- 12-19 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Workday implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Workday developer skills including configuration of core HR module (Core HR), Absence Management module (Absence Management), Time & Labor module (Time & Labor) etc. .
- Experience working on multiple Workday modules such as Benefits Administration (Benefits Admin.), Compensation Management (Compensation Mgmt.) etc. .
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
