Qualifications/Experience

- At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Product Management, in the financial services industry, with a proven record of building and releasing new products and capabilities.
- M.B.A or equivalent business degree in Finance would be highly preferred
- Prior experience and industry knowledge in Wealth Management space. Financial Planning experience would be an added advantage.

- Responsible for a product feature from conception to launch.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of the market, user needs, and product roadmap to make strategic decisions and ensure the product remains competitive and aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, maintain and prioritize product backlog items that outlines product vision and execution path for product development.
- Provide clear vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the initiative. Define and communicate product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Serve as the key liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear,



consistent communication aligned with committed timelines.
- Play an active role in identifying and mitigating impediments that could impact the teams ability to successfully achieve Release and Sprint Goals.
- Collaborate with UX teams to design intuitive and user-centric features.
- Engage with different stakeholder groups to define go-to-market strategy and coordinate product launch activities.
- Monitor feature performance post-release, gather client feedback, and use insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Drives improvement through up-to-date Agile/Scrum practices
