Core DevOps Experience

- 8-10+ years in DevOps engineering with at least 5 years focused on Azure cloud platforms
- Deep expertise in Azure DevOps (Pipelines, Repos, Boards, Artifacts) with proven track record building enterprise CI/CD systems
- Extensive experience migrating from Team Foundation Server (TFS) to Azure DevOps Git with history preservation
- Solid proficiency in Git workflows, branching strategies (GitFlow, trunk-based), and repository management
- Expert-level YAML pipeline development with reusable templates and automated testing integration
- Proven success implementing zero-downtime deployments using blue-green and canary patterns
- Infrastructure as Code & Azure
- Extensive IaC experience with Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for Azure resource provisioning
- Multi-region disaster recovery design and implementation with automated failover capabilities
- Deep knowledge of Azure services: AKS, Container Registry, API Management,
- Application Gateway,



Key Vault, Monitor, Log Analytics
- Strong Azure networking skills (VNets, NSGs, Application Gateway, Traffic Manager, private endpoints)
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and Kubernetes/AKS for production workloads
- .NET Application Pipelines
- Proven expertise building CI/CD for .NET Framework and .NET Core applications (ASP.NET, Web APIs, Windows Services)
- Experience with IIS deployment automation and configuration management
- Database CI/CD using SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT), Flyway, or Liquibase
- Automated testing integration (unit, integration, performance) with code coverage reporting
- Security scanning integration (SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk, or similar SAST/DAST tools)
- NuGet package management and private feed configuration
