Work you'll do

As a Software Engineer III on the Innovation and Technology team, you will be responsible for:

- Analyze business problems and identify agentic artificial intelligence, machine learning, and statistical approaches to address client and business needs.
- Build proofs of concept and evaluate solution feasibility through data exploration, experimentation, and model development.
- Lead the development of generative artificial intelligence and agent-based solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and vector database patterns.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop consultants across delivery activities, technical execution, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographic locations to review solutions, guide product development, and support scaled delivery.

Qualifications

Required:

- 6+ years of experience applying machine learning, deep learning, and statistical techniques to solve business problems
- 3+ years of experience leading teams in the development of artificial intelligence or machine learning products
- 4-5 years of programming experience in Python, including application programming interface development
- Experience building generative artificial intelligence applications using large language models such as GPT, Llama, BERT, Mistral, Claude, or Cohere
- Experience with agent development frameworks such as LangGraph or LangChain, and retrieval-augmented generation implementation
- Experience working with vector databases and relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or NoSQL platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or another quantitative field

Preferred:

- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with model pre-training, fine-tuning, MCP, or A2A frameworks
