Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Contract-to-Hire (C2H), Contract, and Permanent IT positions. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and clients to identify, attract, and onboard top technology talent.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies and domains.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate compensation, notice periods, and joining timelines.




- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and hiring reports in ATS and internal systems.
- Meet recruitment targets, submission goals, and turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability.

Required Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience hiring for Contract, Contract-to-Hire (C2H), and Permanent positions.
- Robust understanding of the IT recruitment lifecycle and sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
