Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain HCM solutions using Workday platform to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions for recruitment, payroll, benefits administration, and other HR functions.
- Provide training and support to clients on how to use the implemented systems effectively.
- Troubleshoot issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user access.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as an HCM Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Workday functional modules such as Recruitment, Payroll, Advantages Administration etc. .
- Experience working with LinkedIn integration with HCM systems is desirable.
- Excellent reporting skills with ability to create complex reports from various sources.
