Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Review and code inpatient medical records accurately as per coding guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, quality benchmarks, and productivity targets.
- Identify appropriate DRG assignments and reimbursement-related coding requirements.
- Maintain high levels of coding accuracy and quality.

Required Skills

- 3–5 years of experience in IP DRG Coding.

- Certification (Mandatory)

AAPC or AHIMA Certification – Any one of the following:

- CPC (Certified Professional Coder)

- COC (Certified Outpatient Coder)

- CIC (Certified Inpatient Coder)

- CCS (Certified Coding Specialist)

- Strong domain knowledge of Coding Clinics.

- Good exposure to ICD-10-CM and ICD-10-PCS Guidelines.

- Hands-on experience in:

- MS-DRG

- APR-DRG

- PCS Coding

- Principal Diagnosis (PDX)

- CC/MCC Classification

- Good knowledge and experience in Newborn Charts.

- Solid understanding of inpatient coding concepts and DRG methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and documentation review skills.

- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period preferred.
