We are seeking an experienced Controls Engineer to develop and implement automation solutions for high-speed and automated manufacturing processes. The role involves PLC/HMI/SCADA programming, automation system design, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop automation control systems, including project documentation and drawings.
- Develop PLC programs from scratch based on project requirements.
- Program Allen-Bradley/Rockwell PLCs using Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000, and RSLogix 500.
- Configure and program HMI/SCADA systems including FactoryTalk View SE/ME, Cimplicity, Wonderware, and Ignition.
- Configure PowerFlex drives and program Kinetix motion systems.
- Support Rockwell PLC/SCADA migration and conversion projects.
- Troubleshoot automation systems and coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Perform system testing, validation, commissioning and start-up activities.
- Manage project deliverables, schedules,



and technical documentation.

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a controls/automation engineer in industrial manufacturing or system integration.
- Strong hands-on experience in PLC programming from scratch.
- Strong experience with Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLCs is highly preferred.
- Experience with Studio 5000, RSLogix 5000/500, HMI/SCADA, and industrial automation.
- Knowledge of UL508A control panels, field instrumentation, machine safety, and electrical control systems.
- Understanding of P&IDs;, process flow diagrams, and engineering documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Key Preference:

Rockwell/Allen-Bradley PLC programming from scratch + robust industrial automation experience.
