We are looking for an experienced Branch Head / to drive business growth, brokerage revenue, client acquisition, and branch profitability. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the broking industry and must be currently handling revenue generation through brokerage products such as Equity, F&O;, and Commodities.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive and achieve targets for brokerage revenue, new client acquisition, and overall branch profitability.
-Generate business through Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;), Commodities, and other products offered by the organization.
-Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) to achieve business targets.
Hire and build a high-performing team of Relationship Managers.
-Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high client retention.
-Identify and acquire new clients and drive business through effective sales and relationship-building initiatives.
-Monitor branch performance, sales productivity, revenue generation, and achievement of business targets.
-Ensure effective utilization and cross-selling of various products and services offered by the company.
-Take ownership of the branch's overall business growth and profitability.
Skills-
-Candidates must be currently involved in revenue generation through brokerage.
-Relevant experience in Equity, F&O;, and/or Commodities broking is essential.
-Candidates without current brokerage-revenue-generation responsibility should not be considered.
-Solid experience in team handling, client acquisition, and revenue generation is preferred.
-Prior experience as a Branch Head in a stock broking or financial services organization will be an advantage.
