Role & responsibilities
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
- Knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Microsoft Office.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
