Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain HCM solutions using Core HCM modules such as Workforce Now (WCN) to meet client requirements.
- Provide expert-level support for Time Tracking, Recruitment, and other related functions within the HCM system.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop customized solutions using SAP SuccessFactors products.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems related to HCM implementation, configuration, or data migration.
Job Requirements :
- 10-15 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM).
- Solid knowledge of Core HCM modules including Workforce Now (WCN), Time Tracking, Recruitment, etc.
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors products specifically designed for HCM processes.
