JD:

Strong hands-on software development background (Java / .NET / JavaScript / Python or similar)

12+ years of overall experience with 3+ years in Project / Delivery Management

Proven experience managing large development teams and multiple workstreams

Solid experience handling fixed-bid projects and tight delivery commitments

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and hybrid delivery models

Experience with new product or platform development (not just maintenance/support)

Ability to review technical designs, code quality, and architecture at a high level

Excellent communication skills for client-facing and internal leadership interactions

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage large, cross-functional engineering teams (20+ members) across frontend, backend, QA, DevOps, and other functions Own end-to-end delivery of projects: planning, estimation, execution, tracking, risk management,



and closure

Manage fixed-bid and milestone-based projects, ensuring scope, cost, quality, and timelines are tightly controlled

Drive new application development initiatives from discovery and design through build, test, and deployment

Work closely with architects and senior engineers to validate technical approaches and delivery plans

Translate business requirements into explicit technical deliverables and execution plans

Track project health using metrics (schedule variance, effort burn, quality, risks, dependencies)

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans

Manage client communication, expectations, change requests, and escalations

Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, SDLC, security, and compliance standards
