JD :

We are looking for a skilled Domestic IT Recruiter with 1 Years to 5 years of experience in Contract Staffing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to manage client and candidate relationships effectively. Candidates with prior experience working on CTS (Cognizant) requirements will be given preference. Key Responsibilities

- Handle the full recruitment lifecycle for contract staffing (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
- Screen profiles, conduct initial evaluation calls,



and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, interview updates, and feedback.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche and high-demand skills.
- Negotiate salaries, share offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Track daily progress, maintain MIS, and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills

- 1 to 5 years of proven experience in Domestic IT Recruitment and Contract Staffing.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
- Good understanding of IT skills and technologies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Experience working with CTS/Cognizant requirements is a robust advantage.

- Any graduate with relevant recruitment experience.
