Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns related to insurance policies.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customers' issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on product offerings.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in inside sales or telesales environment.
- Solid communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in handling inbound calls, resolving customer complaints, and providing effective solutions.
