- Experience: 1+ Year
- Certification: Any Medical Coding Certification
- Salary: Up to 30% hike on current CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Review medical records and clinical documentation.
- Assign accurate diagnosis and procedure codes based on documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable coding guidelines.
- Maintain required quality and productivity standards.
- Review surgical procedures and related documentation for accurate coding.
2. IPDRG Coder
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 1+ Year
- Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC
- Package: Up to 9 LPA
- Salary: Up to 30% hike on current CTC
3. IPDRG QA
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 4+ Years
- Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC
- Package: Up to 16 LPA
- Salary: Up to 30% hike on current CTC
Up to 14 LPA
- Salary: Up to 30% hike on current CTC
5. IPDRG Validation
- Location: Hyderabad
- Experience: 5+ Years in IPDRG / IPDRG Validation
- Certification: CPC / CCS / CIC
- Package: Up to 20 LPA
- Salary: Up to 30% hike on current CTC.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM / ICD-10-PCS and IPDRG concepts.
- Good understanding of inpatient medical records and clinical documentation.
- Ability to maintain coding accuracy, quality and productivity targets.
- Robust analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of current coding guidelines and compliance requirements.
