- Design, develop, customize and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Work on end-to-end D365 F&O; implementation, enhancement and application support projects.
- Gather technical requirements and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain customizations using X++, C#, Visual Studio and D365 F&O; extensions.
- Work on Chain of Command (COC), Extensions, OData and integrations with external systems.
- Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions and other Microsoft/Azure services.
- Prepare high-quality Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, code merging and system optimization.
- Support incident management, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for production issues.
- Work with Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) for deployment and environment management.
- Collaborate with functional consultants,
technical teams and clients throughout implementation and support activities.
- Follow SDLC, Agile and enterprise software engineering practices.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and ensure project timelines are met.
- Support solution architecture, deployment and delivery activities and act as an Application Lead when required.
