Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, expansion, and revenue increase in the courier/logistics industry.
- Identify recent market opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and negotiate contracts to acquire new customers.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and CRM management to stay ahead of competition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing campaigns that meet customer needs.
Job Requirements :
- 4-9 years of experience in Business Development or Marketing Executive role in the Courier/Logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of Customer Acquisition, Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and CRM principles.
- Proven track record of developing successful business plans and achieving targets related to sales growth and revenue expansion.
