Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM ABAP Developer with robust hands-on experience in SAP HR/HCM technical development. The candidate should have expertise in PA, OM, Payroll, Time Management, PNP/PNPCE, RICEFW, BIB, and employee data replication.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP custom developments.
- Design and implement technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
- Work on Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, and Time Management.
- Develop and support RICEFW objects Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows.




- Develop HR-specific ABAP programs using PNP/PNPCE Logical Databases.
- Work with Infotypes, User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancements, BAPIs, ALE/IDocs.
- Develop and support employee/HR master data replication solutions.
- Hands-on experience with BIB (Business Integration Builder) and HR replication frameworks.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, perform debugging, and provide timely solutions.
- Optimize existing ABAP developments for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Prepare technical specifications, design documents, and unit test documentation.
- Collaborate with SAP functional consultants and business stakeholders.
