US Payroll Tax Analyst | Chennai (Level 3)

Mode: Work From Office (Chennai). Work from office. telephonic interview will be done.

Shifts: Night Shifts

Salary Range: up to 9 LPA

Joining Date: Immediate joiner required

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Tax Analyst with strong experience in US Payroll Tax and multi-state payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll tax processing & reconciliations

- Prepare/review Federal, State & Local tax filings (941, 940, W-2, W-2C)

- Handle tax notices, amendments & compliance deadlines

- Support year-end payroll tax activities

- Drive process improvements & stakeholder coordination

What Were Looking For:

- 4+ years of Payroll / Payroll Tax experience

- Robust knowledge of US payroll tax regulations

- Experience in multi-state payroll environment

- Hands-on with ADP, Workday or similar payroll tools

- Strong Excel & analytical skills

- Location: Chennai
