Job Description

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Administrator with 4+ years of hands-on experience in administering PeopleSoft HR/FIN and ELM production environments, preferably on PeopleSoft 9.2 / PeopleTools 8.62.

The candidate will be responsible for installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance management of PeopleSoft application environments.

Mandatory Skills

- 4+ years of PeopleSoft Administration experience
- PeopleSoft 9.2
- PeopleSoft HR/FIN and ELM
- PeopleTools – preferably 8.62
- PIA Administration
- Tuxedo
- WebLogic
- Application Server Administration




- Process Scheduler Administration
- Web Server Administration
- UNIX/Linux
- PeopleSoft PUM & PeopleTools Upgrades
- PeopleSoft / Middleware patching
- Integration Broker (IB)
- OpenSearch
- SMTP Configuration
- PeopleSoft Production Support & Troubleshooting

Positive to Have

- Experience supporting multiple PeopleSoft versions
- Experience in multi-instance hosting environments
- Scripting/automation for PeopleSoft monitoring
- Strong knowledge of performance tuning
- Experience handling production outages and on-call support
- Knowledge of network, OS, hardware, and middleware troubleshooting
