We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer - Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team at Johnson Electric Industrial Manufactory Limited. This role will be instrumental in attracting and securing top talent, contributing to our continued growth and success.

Role & responsibilities:

* Lead and execute full-cycle recruitment processes for various roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
* Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
* Coach and mentor junior team members, fostering their development in recruitment best practices.
* Utilize People Analytics to identify trends, optimize recruitment processes, and inform strategic decisions.
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant ordinances and internal policies.
* Proactively identify and implement improvements to human resources operations within the talent acquisition function.
* Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to understand their talent needs and build strong relationships.




* Demonstrate solid initiative in identifying and pursuing new talent pools and recruitment channels.
* Continuously learn and adapt to evolving market trends and recruitment technologies.

Required Skills:

* Proven experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
* Demonstrated ability to Coach Team Members and provide guidance in recruitment processes.
* Strong understanding of Human Resources Operations and best practices.
* Proficiency in leveraging People Analytics for data-driven recruitment decisions.
* Familiarity with relevant Ordinances and labor laws related to recruitment.
* Exceptional ability to take Initiative, proactively identify opportunities, and drive results.
* Excellent Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong capacity for Learning Quickly and adapting to new challenges and technologies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
