Role: Customer Relationship Manager

Job Responsibilities:
• Visit customers for doorstep service, KYC, onboarding & activation
• Deliver and demonstrate Niyo Global Forex Cards & Niyo Express services
• Explain and cross-sell products like Travel Insurance, E-SIM, Forex Cash, etc.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and generate referrals
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
• Achieve sales/service targets and stay updated on product knowledge

Candidate Profile:
• Graduate in any stream
• 03 years experience in Sales/Customer Service
• Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi + local language
• Presentable and confident with good interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with customer-facing and field work
• Experience in financial products/sales will be an added advantage
• Personal two-wheeler preferred
