Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Qlik Administrator responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing Qlik Sense and/or QlikView environments. The ideal candidate should have expertise in installation, configuration, security management, performance tuning, upgrades, and troubleshooting of Qlik platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Qlik Sense and QlikView environments.
- Manage Qlik servers, clusters, and multi-node deployments.
- Monitor system performance and optimize application/server performance.
- Configure user authentication and authorization using Active Directory, SSO, LDAP, etc.
- Manage security rules, section access, and governance policies.
- Perform backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Troubleshoot server, application, reload, and connectivity issues.
- Schedule and monitor data reload tasks.
- Support CI/CD and deployment processes across development, QA, and production environments.
- Collaborate with BI developers, data engineers, and business users.
- Create operational documentation and administration procedures.




- Monitor logs and proactively resolve production issues.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in Qlik Sense/QlikView Administration.
- Strong experience with:
- Qlik Sense Enterprise
- QlikView Server Administration
- QMC (Qlik Management Console)
- NPrinting Administration
- Active Directory Integration
- Security Rules & Section Access
- Certificate Management
- Load Balancing & Clustering

- Experience with Windows Server Administration.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other databases.
- Experience in backup/recovery and setting migration.
- Hands-on experience in troubleshooting reload failures and performance issues.
- Understanding of networking protocols, SSL, certificates, and firewall configurations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Azure/AWS Cloud exposure.
- Qlik SaaS Administration.
- DevOps and CI/CD knowledge.
- ITIL-based support processes.
- Monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Qlik certifications are preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
