Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for NPI activities from feasibility review to production launch.
- Review customer drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements.
- Prepare and maintain APQP-related documentation, Process Flow Diagrams, PFMEA, Control Plans, Setup Sheets, Stage Drawings, and Work Instructions.
- Develop manufacturing processes for aerospace and medical components.
- Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam.
- Program and support 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis simultaneous machining on VMC, HMC, and CNC machines.
- Perform machining simulation, prove-out, and process validation.
- Select tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters for optimum productivity and quality.
- Support First Article Inspection (FAI), capability studies, and continuous improvement projects.
- Work closely with CFT for successful project execution.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.




- 5-8 years of experience in NPI, Manufacturing Engineering & CNC Programming.
- Experience in Aerospace and/or Medical component machining preferred.
- APQP, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan, Stage Drawing preparation.
- Solid understanding of machining processes and process development.
- Expertise in Mastercam programming, including 5-axis simultaneous machining.
- Hands-on knowledge of VMC, HMC, CNC Turning, and Multi-Axis Machining.
- Experience machining Titanium, Inconel, Stainless Steel, and Aluminium alloys.
- GD&T; interpretation and tight-tolerance machining knowledge.
- Ability to develop tooling, fixtures, and optimize machining cycles.
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- CMM awareness
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- CAD software knowledge (SolidWorks/Creo)
