Core Architecture Experience

- 8-10+ years in infrastructure and architecture with at least 5 years focused on cloud- native architectures and microservices
- Proven track record leading successful monolith-to-microservices migrations in production environments
- Deep expertise in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) including cluster design, security, networking, and production operations
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing multi-region disaster recovery with documented RTO/RPO achievement
- Solid Infrastructure as Code skills using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform for Azure environments

Containerization & Kubernetes

- Expert-level Docker containerization including multi-stage builds, image optimization, and security hardening




- Production AKS experience with system/user node pools, zone redundancy, autoscaling policies, and network policies
- Helm chart development for application deployment with environment-specific configurations
- Kubernetes RBAC, pod security policies, and multi-tenant isolation patterns
- Container registry management (ACR) with image scanning, geo-replication, and retention policies
- Service mesh evaluation and implementation (Istio, Linkerd) for advanced traffic management
- Experience containerizing .NET Framework and .NET Core applications for cloud-native deployment
