Responsibilities

- Manages day to day operations of computer and its configuration, maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshooting of hardware and software related problems in server and computers.
- Define guidelines for the installation and management of machine.
- Fresh Installation or updates of the operating systems.
- Updates of the installed software and operating systems regularly at defined interval or whenever current version is out.
- Ensure high availability of machines so that we can provide spare machine to anyone if that machine is failed.
- Manages and updates machines profile document.
- Troubleshot and management of the virtual machines.
- Maintain and administer our in house computer network.
- Installation and configuration of routers, switches or any other network devices.
- Configure or updates the rule of the firewall.




- Management of the DHCP server and Name server.
- Perform data backups
- Configure scheduled backups of the storage of the server system.
- Verification of scheduled jobs like backups.
- Create shell scripts to automate some routine tasks.
- Maintains inventory of the parts and peripherals

- Strong computer skills

Qualifications
- Minimum bachelors degree of education in technical field, such as engineering or computer science or any certification course from well known institute.
