Overview

Expleo is seeking an experienced Teamcenter NX Business Analyst to support PLM transformation initiatives across Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing functions. The role will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving requirements definition, solution design, process optimization, and successful adoption of Teamcenter and NX solutions. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Product Data Management teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution requirements.
- Lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement validation sessions.
- Drive Teamcenter functional solutions across:
- Product Structure BOM Management
- Change Release Management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
- Workflow Management
- Document Management
- Classification and Configuration Management
- Support NX-related engineering processes, including CAD data management, design release, and Teamcenter-NX integration.
- Partner with architects and development teams to define solution approaches and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect resolution, and production deployment activities.
- Deliver user training, process documentation, and change management support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting integrations with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems. Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.




- 8+ years of experience in PLM solutions with robust Teamcenter functional expertise.
- Hands-on knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter and NX environments.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management processes and engineering workflows.
- Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of:
- BOM Product Structure Management
- Engineering Change Management
- Release Processes
- Workflow Management
- CAD Data Management
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Semiconductor, High-Tech, Electronics, or Industrial Manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with Active Workspace, Teamcenter architecture, BMIDE concepts, and Teamcenter integrations.
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
- Understanding of Digital Thread, Model-Based Engineering (MBE), and enterprise PLM transformation initiatives. Essential skills
