Key Responsibilities

- Monitor a predefined list of procurement websites for new pharmaceutical tenders.
- Identify pharmaceutical tenders and distinguish them from non-pharmaceutical tenders.
- Review tender documents (PDFs, Word, and Excel files) and extract required information.
- Validate extracted data for completeness and accuracy.
- Perform online research when required.
- Use Excel and AI tools to support efficient data extraction.
- Follow extraction guidelines and escalate uncertain cases when needed.

Required Skills:

- Bachelors degree required; STEM, Business, Economics, Management, Finance, Procurement, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to quickly review documents and identify relevant information.
- Comfortable working with long, complex and repetitive tasks.




- Good working knowledge of Excel (filters, sorting, tables, and basic formulas).
- Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and support document review.
- Good written English.
- Experience with procurement, pharmaceutical products, document review, data extraction, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good judgment and ability to work independently.

Experience: 2+ years in research, procurement, document review, data extraction, or a similar role.
