What you will do

- Lead the design and development of solutions for legacy products (Sustenance Engineering).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory, Operations) across time zones to execute projects.
- Contribute to value improvement and design optimization activities. Implement drawing and model changes in CAD.
- Coordinate with internal and external manufacturers to decide on the implementation of proposed changes.
- Make decisions and document part marking exemptions. Apply various change management systems.
- Update project status in the project database.
- Communicate effectively across different functions, locations, and cultures.
- Follow procedures and instructions to provide lean, robust, and meaningful project documentation.
- Provide input to the team to implement a large project scope efficiently and smartly.

What You Need

Required

- Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or similar domain with minimum 4+ years of work experience.
- Prior experience in medical devices & UDI part marking projects.
- Proficient in using Creo, SolidWorks, & windchill.
- Proficient in change management process.

Valuable to have

- Familiarity with Teamcenter and UG NX.
