Position: Sales Manager Facility Management Services

Job Summary:
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Sales Manager with experience in the Facility Management industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, client acquisition, revenue generation, and maintaining strong client relationships across various industry verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities for Facility Management Services to achieve revenue targets and market growth.
- Generate leads, meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and propose suitable facility management solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, site assessments, and presentations to convert business opportunities.
- Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
- Track market trends, competitor activities,



and emerging opportunities to support business expansion.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Procurement, and Finance teams for smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business deals.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5–7 years of sales/business development experience in Facility Management Services.
- Strong network and client relationships across corporate, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Industry Preference:
Integrated Facility Management, Housekeeping Services, Security Services, Technical Maintenance Services, Property Management, Corporate Facility Services.
